Return & Refund Requests
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
Our support team will carefully review your request and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- Another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances
There is no additional cost to you for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
